Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and developing SAP for Utilities Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and develop SAP for Utilities CRM applications.
- Design customized business process solutions as per best business practices for Industry Specific Solution for Utilities Industry (ISU).
- Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of SAP for Utilities CRM applications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in designing and developing SAP Applications.
- Experience designing and developing SAP for Utilities CRM.
- SAP ISU Certification is a plus.
- Should be able to have a good understanding of SAP gaps with respect to client processes and should be able to work out a system design to fulfill client’s requirements.
- Good communication skills and has the ability to explain complex concepts and has proactive way of thinking.
