Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support business case review and pricing escalation for North America and Europe regions. Has pricing decision responsibility.
- Analyze historical quote data, cost structures, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations for pricing decisions.
- Manage deal reviews with Sales, Business Units and Finance to determine outcome of pricing decision; provide proper documentation for audit trail.
- Align pricing offers within corporate guidelines, ensuring viable and successful offer implementation.
- Ability to combine operational data into rich data set for business reporting.
- Handling rebates and claims submission; assess, evaluate, and verify information with multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate qualification, ability to understand and deal with complex business challenges. Proven analytical skills.
- Experience in sales or business units support particularly in pricing focused environment; Experience in working with Sales, Distributors, Business Units and/or Finance.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Model-N, Salesforce, Tableau reporting Systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Power Query and SQL.
- Some years of pricing related experience, preferably in Semiconductor/distribution industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with all organizational levels.
