Job Scope:
You will handle phone calls, email enquiries from public and also handle walk-in customers to carry out the full spectrum of customer service duties.
Customer engagement such as:
- Handle phone calls, email and walk-in queries or feedback from tenderers pertaining to tender/renewal/assignment & transfer of stalls
- Attend to other tasks relating to market and hawker stalls tender/renewal/change of trade/assignment & transfer of stalls
- Engage and follow up with customers to complete signing of Tenancy Agreements and collection of stall keys
- Handle queries or feedback from customers pertaining to signing of Tenancy Agreements
- Engage customers to equip with basic digital skills such as creation of email accounts and Singpass login.
Administrative duties such as:
- Verify signed Tenancy Agreements to ensure signatories are in order.
- Collate information and prepare statistics to track the progress of signing of Tenancy Agreements and Tender of stalls applications
- Other duties to be assigned relating to the signing of Tenancy Agreements and Tender of stalls
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills
- Service orientated
- Pleasant disposition and positive attitude
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Able to multi-task
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, highly self-motivated, resourceful and pro-active
- Handle customers’ requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Experience in frontline Customer Service will be an added advantage
- May be required to work on site (hawker centres) to support/handle the distribution of materials to hawkers
- May need to work on weekends
Salary: $13/hour
