Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service and administrative and clerical support.
- Attend to sales inquiries, generate quotations, and provide after-sales support
- Manage customer renewals, including relevant paperwork for contract
- Process orders from online sales platforms
- Assist in general administrative duties.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the director.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Proactive, meticulous, organized, and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Eg, Outlook, Excel, Words)
- With a minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Min. GCE āNā Levels qualification /Nitec/Diploma required
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Other Information:
Work Week: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm
