Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Engineering Solutions: Enhance reliability of bus on-board equipment (OBE) including NOBA, CFMS, CCTV, Transmitter, IU, PIDS@Bus. Provide technical support for quality systems such as ISO55001, ISO9001, ISO45000.
- Project Management:Liaise with LTA on technical matters, coordinate with departments for project implementation, review progress, prepare and evaluate tender documents, source and negotiate with vendors, conduct trials and technology evaluations.
- Quality Systems:Act as Secretariat for ISO55001, coordinate ISO9001, ISO45000, and ISO22301, perform internal audits, lead engineering investigations, and develop plans for Bus Condition Audits.
- On-Board Equipment (OBE): Enhance OBE reliability, review maintenance standards, manage OBE inventory, organize training programs, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Engineering Support: Coordinate bus transfers, support procurement on quality matters, manage Bus Master List, and handle bus registration and insurance.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Provide specialized support to customers and internal divisions, maintain positive working relationships, supervise MSOs and SPs, promote productivity initiatives, liaise with regulatory bodies, and conduct risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with good knowledge in automotive services.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong supervisory, management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office.
- Dynamic, proactive, decisive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
