To ensure that works are carried out as per technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Proposal team to budget and tender for projects.
- To monitor and ensure delivery of projects in compliance with system specifications.
- To be involved in project management and product development.
- To source and implement innovation to improve work productivity and efficiency.
- To generate system specifications, test plans and procedures as well as system, site installation design and documentation.
- To review technical drawings.
- To initiate and undertake action(s) to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities.
- To ensure installation supervision such that commissioning and start-up is in accordance to contract specifications.
- To plan monthly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
- To liaise with HSE team on establishing Risk Assessment (RA) for the respective projects.
- To liaise with and address Client’s Representative on all project issues and sub-contractors.
- To attend work coordination meetings.
- To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
- To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks
Requirements
- Preferred Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance) or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in handling maintenance projects in Oil/Gas and petrochemical industry.
