We seek a dynamic and passionate Club Manager to meet our rapid expansion needs. The opportunities for growth are tremendous, with more clubs opening in Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the club
- Sales of gym membership packages
- Ensure delivery of excellent member / customer service
- Develop the business activities by building strong relationships with members, build new lead generation plans and identify new business opportunitie.
- Grow, mentor, manage, and train members of your team
- Be prepared to take on extra duties, development, and problem-solving tasks as necessary
- Conduct daily club activity summary calls to ensure achievement of daily sales targets
- Provide strong leadership which models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintain high personal visibility within the club
- Ensure the club achieves the operational KPI’s and targets
- Ensure operational frameworks and standard operating practices are being implemented consistently
- Assist in accounting and financial reporting to our senior managers
- Training of staff
- Forward planning of sales targets and ensuring healthy membership levels
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 years relevant gym management experience preferred
- Strong administration skills and eye for detail
- NITEC certification minimally required
- Sales and marketing experience
- Good leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent
- Self motivated with a strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
- Excellent knowledge of the industry and operational challenges
- Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills
- Good communication skills with all levels of the business,
Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,600 per month
Variable salary portion of commissions available as well.
