We are looking for a suitable candidate to support and drive full-scale loyalty programme which includes the management of membership acquisition, cross partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis and budget tracking.
The candidate will:
- Support all campaigns that will aid the over-arching member’s 360 strategy, shaping the engagement framework.
- Support all end-to-end marketing activations with the objectives of driving acquisition, loyalty, engagement and spend.
- Overall rewards catalogue management, including but not limited to uploading and tracking of rewards assets and its’ validity, management of all corresponding publicity assets, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Support all marketing automation functions – ensure smooth setup, deployment and subsequent monitoring of all loyalty marketing campaigns
- Track and prepare weekly and monthly tracking reports based on pre-determined filters and any adhoc reporting as and when required
- Daily monitoring of the Loyalty programme enquiries channel, and act as the escalation point to the management to ensure prompt and effective response and resolution
- Raising and tracking of purchase orders and invoices
- Daily liaison with CRM vendor to support any system fixes and/or user troubleshooting required
- Collaborate with tenants to ensure end-to-end implementation of events and promotions
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with a minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in supporting full-scale loyalty programme(s)
- Has a track record of securing and managing an affiliate partnership network
- Experience in working with retail brands preferred
- Possesses detailed knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines
- Articulated with strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across different levels
- Possesses project management skillset and self-driven individual with a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management skills to leverage knowledge potential across teams and develop synergies
- Preferably possesses past experience in data reporting and analytics
