Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and drive the operational heartbeat of our company. Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management to craft and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s mission and goals in a competitive market landscape.
- Client-Centric Approach: Champion a client-first mentality, ensuring that all operational strategies and processes are designed to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and risk management, safeguarding our clients’ interests and maintaining trust within the industry.
- Technology and Infrastructure: Embrace and leverage technology advancements to streamline operations, enhance decision-making capabilities, and drive scalable growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing operational team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (minimally 6 years) in a senior operational role within the asset management industry, with a deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven leadership experience in senior operational roles within asset management, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic Insight: Strong strategic thinking abilities coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends impacting asset management firms.
