-Full Account Receivable & Payable function
. Receivables monitoring and collection
· Perform daily bank entries and reconciliation
· Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the superior
· Provide administrative work
-Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis (including bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation)
-Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
-Assist with month-end, quarterly and year-end closing procedures
-Income Tax/ Goods & Service Tax (GST)
Submission
-Assist in preparing quarterly GST returns,
-Assist in year-end audit
-Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
-knowledge of xero software is preferred
