- Give a professional and friendly welcome to clients
- Prepare and serve our delicious beverages from the ‘Macros Coffee and Smoothie Bar’ including espresso-based coffees, high-protein smoothies, teas, and shakes.
- Assist with sales of consumables including protein bars and bottled drinks.
- Provide clients and colleagues with a top-quality experience – greeting them by name, interacting with them enthusiastically, and helping us maintain our warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure the high quality of our ‘Macros Coffee and Smoothie Bar’ by closely following our recipes
- Maintain correct stock levels for our daily ‘Macros Coffee and Smoothie Bar’ operations that are all within their expiry dates, and highlight replenishments where necessary.
- Handle and store our food items in accordance with Singapore sanitation regulations.
- Keep the ‘Macros Coffee and Smoothie Bar’ clean and neat in keeping with our prestigious environment
- Help our Front Desk to Check-In Our Clients.
- Process payments for the ‘Macros Coffee and Smoothie Bar’ using Qashier POS system
- Client Coaching sales using our Mindbody system.
Job Requirements
- Good 1-2 years of experince as a Receptionist in same / relevant industry. Ideally to have prior experience working in coffee outlets or as barista.
- PC literate with good working knowledge of scheduling software will be a good advantage.
- Certified with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Presentable, cheerful and approachable personality.
- Proven a proactive and customer service oriented mindset with good communication skill and flexibility in terms of responsibilities assigned
