Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Responsibility:-
- Lead a team of warehouse assistance and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently
- To supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently
- To lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained
- To ensure the safety, 5s, and efficiency of the store arrangement together with the team
- To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department
- To closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly
- To monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, and highlight to planners the shortages if any discrepancy found
- To maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter-check to inform buyers if there are discrepancies or shortages
- To supervise and ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained
- Ensure all deliveries are properly documented
Job Requirements:-
- NITEC / A / O level with min 3 years of relevant in-house working experience in the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- A team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications
