Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process regional claims from service partners.
- Submit claims to the warranty system within specific days of the Repair Open (RO) date.
- Coordinate procurement, shipment, and return of warranty spare parts.
- Support billing and payment processes.
- Be the main contact for warranty claims, resolving disputes quickly.
- Work with Customer Support, Warranty, and Sales teams to facilitate claims.
- Keep an organized system to track claims from start to finish.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and regulations.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve processes.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance success.
- Timely processing of warranty claims.
- Effective stakeholder management.
- Regular billing and payments.
- Monthly claims status reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree with 3 years of experience in warranty administration, customer service, or similar roles.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
