Position Overview:

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's digital marketing efforts. This role involves using various online channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with marketing team to develop strategies that align with business objectives and with the sales team to assist in business planning.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.

• Manage PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.

• Optimize campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Work out promotional campaigns, webinar planning and execution to support sales team.

• Coordinate with ASEAN marketers to roll out digital marketing campaigns per schedule.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other digital marketing software.

• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and make data-driven improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

• Experience with SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Creativity and an eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant areas.

• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, video editing, and basic web design principles.

• Knowledge of CRM software and email marketing platforms.
