Job Description:
· To prepare contracts, delivery orders, invoices, and other Sales related documents
· Liaise on shipment arrangement and preparation of shipping documentation
· Attend to customers' sales inquiries and feedback
· Follow up with the customer on outstanding payments
· Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
· Prepare routine sales reports for management review
· Manage Sales Operations paperwork and any related sales administrative duties
· Support the sales department with other ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Monitor delivery schedules, verification of supplier’s documentation and payments
• Assist in inventory management and warehouse stock monitoring
• Liaise with the Supply chain team on production scheduling and quality standards
Promptly resolve ad-hoc operations issues
Job Requirements:
· Good Communication skills and strong command of English and Mandarin
· Good Follow-up and Coordination Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Experience in using accounting software
· Able to work independently as well as a good team player
· Able to meet tight deadlines and contribute to the development of the company
