Responsibilities
- Provide timely order management report and information to customers.
- Drive Order fulfilment closure on a monthly basis; coordinate all order management related activities.
- Handle full set of shipping documents and ensure timely invoicing to customer.
- Coordinate with 3PL, ensure on-time delivery to customer
- Provide timely feedback / acknowledgement to customer for new and change orders.
- Handle all customers' enquiry on new product request and developments, and related activities and channel to internal team for follow up.
- Review and update Customer Service process document to ensure compliance within Supply Chain Management.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- With 3-5 years of CS / order fulfilment experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or SAP.
- A team player, with a wanting-to-learn and can-do attitude.
- Able to start work within short notice
