Job Responsibilities:
You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the set-up of Foundation. The Foundation (AIVF) is a neutral, open-source platform which brings together individuals and companies to build better and safer AI.
Your role will include:
- Serve as key contact person including managing our comms channel and manage email inbox
- Manage the engagement and communications to various stakeholders – members, community
- Execute the development of engagement strategy including, but not limited to, social media posts, videos, website, messages and eDMs
- Manage events, meetings and related operations from start to end ensuring smooth operations
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Degree holder in Communications or Public Relations or any relevant field of study
- Experience in managing or organising events
- Possess good communication and people skills
- Dynamic, organised and pro-active team player who is meticulous, nimble and can think on one's feet
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
