- Performs daily automated sales invoicing to customer, procurements from vendors, and update digital stock card against physical goods in coldroom.
- Follow-up on walk-in sales, tele-sales leads, and online sales enquiries.
- Manage customer-sales related issues, customer product/service complaints.
- Prepare and update monthly product price list, manage product sales catalog.
- Prepare sales quotation for RFQ, preparation on Product tender, and support Sales team on pricing, product information, and inventory planning.
- Performs weekly sales/stock analysis, manage purchase/stock against sales.
- Prepare PR, issue PO to local/overseas suppliers, and receiving goods.
- Manage & maintain warehousing stock take & inventory count.
- Support shipping documents and liaise with forwarder/ logistic agents.
- Perform basic book keeping & posting in automated accounting system.
- Perform any other administration, operational or business-related responsibilities assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 years or more in relevant field of Sales/Sales support, or Order fulfilment management, or FMCG Procurement functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Proficient in Order Processing/Accounting software such as AutoCount.
- Meticulous, eye for details, precise, self-disciplined and efficient.
- A high degree of work responsibilities, work independently with minimal supervision, fully dependable.
- Excellent team player, good communication and interpersonal skills, Customer Service-orientated mindset.
- Positive working attitude, proactive in problem-solving, decision making, and flexibility in work assignments.
