Recruitment Consultant

Apexhire Consultancy

1. Role Description


This position reports to the Recruitment Manager and interfaces Organisation and HR team.
At APEXHIRE CONSULTANCY, we engage business leaders and organisations, partnering them to achieve stellar performance; and help individuals transform their lives with great career moves.


2. Specific Responsibilities


Business Development:

- Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow client portfolio.


Account Management:

- Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.

- Participate in conferences and meetups to network with clients.


Talent Acquisition:

- Publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals.

- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.

- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements


Candidate Management:

- Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.


3. Competencies


A) Gain knowledge and increase proficiency in Microsoft office applications, and understand company IT systems that apply to consultancy businesses.

B) Improve client servicing levels and communication skills via verbal and written interactions and communications.

C) Identify how to pick up critical points in clients' requests, as well as key information required for candidate processing.

D) To learn to craft recruitment emails and job postings.

To understand HR practices and labor legislation.

E) Active involvement in conducting pre-screenings and interviews through various modes.

To learn and familiarise with the various recruitment platforms the company is utilising for recruitment.
