Scope:
- Preparing for, running and reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly project cadences.
- Production of key project artefacts such as project plans (excel), meeting minutes, project status summaries.
- Preparing and socialising key stakeholder communications (PPT) for mid-senior level stakeholders.
- In this role you will be required to engage with Data Science project team and a range of business stakeholders.
- Support the Data Science Leads and Business Stakeholders in ideation of data science projects, confirmation of business objectives and documentation of the same.
- Run data science projects from inception to delivery. Focusing on mid / high level milestones and business integration and realisation of business value.
- Ability to identify potential project risks and issues, bring stakeholders together to resolve at working level or breakdown larger problems and deduce solution options, then present for senior decision, as appropriate.
- You will be required to manage several projects concurrently.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Data/Business Analytics/ Data Sciences or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience or relevant business analyst/data experience in Banks or Financial Institutions is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintaining composure and focus even under high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
- Strong foundation in project management techniques is advantageous
