Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with Project Manager on matters pertaining to safety, environmental, health and security of the workplaces.
- Environmental health and safety training and enforcement on all site personnel.
- Implement Safety Management System and ensure highest level of compliance.
- Conduct daily Workplace Safety and Health inspection and recommend corrective measures.
- Maintain site safety and health records.
- Conduct safety and health talks and toolbox meetings.
- Investigate all accidents and implement corrective measures.
- Other duties assigned by PM and/or HSE Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess degree/diploma in relevant disciplines.
- Registered WSHO with MOM.
- Lead a team of site safety personnel.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in construction industry.
- Familiar with safety procedures at construction site environment.
- Good knowledge in HSE legislation and regulations.
- Highly motivated and good team player.
