Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and execute our business development strategy for our newest business model, Info Academy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and driving the overall business expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends,opportunities, and threats within the job seeking portals/platform in Singapore.
  2. Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
  3. Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients to drive growth and collaboration.
  4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales & marketing professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve business targets.
  6. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools to provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
  7. Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong presence and network with potential clients and partners.
  8. Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the tech or WSQ Academy Education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore WSQ training market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
