- Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Team in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
- Develop 3D models required for drawing preparation, Authority submission, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project requirements and modelling standards.
- Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
- Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with various disciplinary teams on the model and design changes.
- Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D format/BIM architectural model.
- Collaborate with team and other disciplinary teams to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
- Extensive knowledge in creating various kinds of Revit Families.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work
- Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD
- Candidate with experience in BIM Coordination or Simulation using Navisworks, VRcollab, Fuzor, Revizto, or other relevant software would be an added advantage
