Qualification
· Minimum Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required
· At least 3 years of experience In Engineering Mechanical line
· Autocad Drawing
Responsibilities & Authorities
· To relay and technical updates or product launch to the customers and facilitate their concern by providing all necessary information.
· To attend to customer’s queries and problems and resolve it when it is beyond the support unit’s capabilities.
· Liaise with pump suppliers or factory to provide technical and sale support to the customers.
· Feedback to suppliers upon any customers complains due to faulty pumps or parts.
· To handle VXS pump selection software. To digitize and upload all the pump curve, dimension drawing and spare parts list.
· Prepare and update marketing material- Develop new catalogues, technical drawing, operation manual.
· Sales support on GA drawing, generate performance curve and technical datasheet
· Attend ad-hoc job given.
