Job Responsibilities
• Build client, consultant and hotel operators’ relationships and help the business grow by exploring potential
future work opportunities globally;
• Develop and implement market initiatives and client development strategies for the international market;
• Participates in managing client relationships and representing Company Brand when meeting with clients and
other consultants;
• Convey and develop overall interactive team design vision by defining group direction and goals; Establish
creative strategy, budgets and schedule for design projects;
• Lead landscape projects from concept to construction;
• Lead preparation in responses to Requests for Qualifications;
• Mentor and supervise team while challenging and introducing new and innovative methods of creative
execution;
• Develop, modifies and review drawings for landscape architecture projects;
• Demonstrate creative thinking abilities and contributes to firm wide design excellence and problem solving;
• Demonstrate understanding of the relationship between design and constructability;
• Incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions into projects;
• Manage design processes to ensure timely delivery of project deadlines;
• Provide influencing ideas to enhance team productivity;
• Understand project contracts and deliverables, and assure that company standards for project management are
met;
• Participate in professional organizations and events for the promotion of the firm and its services, sometimes
outside of normal business hours;
• Travel internationally for project meetings, site visits and business development;
• Any other duties assigned but not limited to the above.
Requirements
• Degree in Landscape Architecture;
• Have more than 10 years’ experience with proficiency in design;
• Excellent graphics, strong design and effective communication skills are essential;
• Hotel, Resort, large scale Residential & Mixed-Use Development Design experience;
• Possess Software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and MS Office;
• Experience in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage;
• Are responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and
leadership skills.
