1. Leads Development: Identify new sales leads ( e.g. through trade fairs, directory searches).
2. Leads Management: Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, and develop them into customers. Actively manage customers and build long term partnership. Maintain high service quality and constantly upselling/cross selling
3. Stakeholder management Liases with different key stakeholders within and outside of the company, at different stages. Sourcing, Food safety, Inventory, Operations.
4. Contract Negotiation: Based on commercial requirements, carefully communicate, define and translate product specifications from suppliers to customers
Manage the sourcing process ( including preparation of factsheet, receiving quotes, negotiation for contract while optimising for quality, cost, volume etc.)
Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, such as pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and service level agreements.
5. Inventory : Keep track inventory and ensure it aligns with commercial forecast and trade plans.
Follow MRP to release POs (Purchase Orders) or RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suppliers.
Coordinating with overseas & local suppliers regarding purchase-related issues and tracking shipment status to ensure punctual deliveries
Requirements
1. Familiar with Singapore and Chinese market
2. Familiar with fresh grocery eCommerce industry.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
4.Strong business acumen and data analytic skills
5.Resourceful, problem solver and result oriented
6.Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
7.Degree in any discipline
8.Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese as there will be requirement to communicate within and outside the organisation
9..Experience with FMCG / grocery retailers would be a plus
