Job Responsibilities
- Perform metallurgical laboratory sample preparation, sample evaluation and generate evaluation report.
- Perform incoming inspection of direct/indirect material.
- Maintaining lab consumables/spare parts inventory.
- Perform 6S housekeeping.
- Assist in calibration and archiving of records.
- Assist Quality Engineer and carry out other QA functions as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in MRO QA environment.
- Proficient in the use of measuring tools such as Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic understanding of interpreting GD&T drawing.
- Able to multitask to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Prior QA laboratory experience preferred.
- CCL certificate will be an added advantage.
Education Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Precision Engineering / Aerospace Machining / Mechanical or equivalent
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Working Location : Loyang
Working hours : 7.30am – 4.48pm or 7.30pm – 4.48am, there may be rotating shifts
Salary Range : $1,800 - $2,500
