HR/Admin Executive

Job Decriptions:

  • Perform human resources functions, and payroll and claims processing
  • Coordinate quality management system (QMS) activities and assist in QMS documentation and audit
  • Provide support in information technology (IT) area and work with vendors in developing, implementing and maintaining company IT system and network
  • Perform office administrative function such as procurement and payments, office maintenance and infrastructure, project site matters and company management system.
  • Assist management and project reporting
  • Provide back up support on the above to branch office
  • Responsible for staff recruitment, prepare Letter of Appointment and responsible for new contract staff on board orientation.
  • Coordinate and participate with government agencies and external parties for implementation of work various improvement program and grants.
  • Assist in other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Degree/diploma in HR/Business Studies, preferably with 2 years working experiences
  • Preferably posses Class 3/3A driving license
