Job Decriptions:
- Perform human resources functions, and payroll and claims processing
- Coordinate quality management system (QMS) activities and assist in QMS documentation and audit
- Provide support in information technology (IT) area and work with vendors in developing, implementing and maintaining company IT system and network
- Perform office administrative function such as procurement and payments, office maintenance and infrastructure, project site matters and company management system.
- Assist management and project reporting
- Provide back up support on the above to branch office
- Responsible for staff recruitment, prepare Letter of Appointment and responsible for new contract staff on board orientation.
- Coordinate and participate with government agencies and external parties for implementation of work various improvement program and grants.
- Assist in other duties assigned
Job Requirement:
- Degree/diploma in HR/Business Studies, preferably with 2 years working experiences
- Preferably posses Class 3/3A driving license
