Responsibilities
- Experience in pre & post contract administration
- Prepare tender cost submission / quantity take off / cost evaluation
- Source for subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned projects works.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, authorites, project team and sub-contractor for site work progress.
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specifications.
Requirements
- B.Sc / Diploma (Building/QS) or equivalent
- 2 or 3 years of related experience in Civil Engineering environment such as road, earth and external works.
