Required
- At least 2 years of Product Owner experience in the Banking Industry
Description
- Manage backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross functional team to deliver together
- Gather detailed requirement from business lead for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff CJ, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates, review for error scenarios etc
- Work closely with development to clarify requirements & ensure priorities are clear and provide SME knowledge where required
- Create the release plan with scrum master, with details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, entry and exit criteria to implementation approach
- Manage sprint activities from sprint grooming, prioritisation, refinement, demo and related ceremonies
- Oversee delivery execution from QA resourcing, quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets and escalation where required.
- Manage allocated testing budget
- Provide UAT signoff against agreed exit criteria and track agreed open items
- Prepare Go Live plan, soliciting for LV support, arrange for KT to touchpoint and BAU support
- Support GO Live implementation and post production issues from troubleshooting, investigation
