- Location: Islandwide
- Working Hour: 5.5 days, office hours (Occasional till 9pm)
- Basic up to $2500 based on experience
- AWS + Bonus + Yearly Increment
Responsibilities:
- Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
- Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries
- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
- Proper maintenance of patients’ records and drug inventory
- Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators
Requirements:
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Passionate to work in healthcare industry
