Responsibilities
· Perform reception and general admin duties
· Register patients
· Schedule patients for outpatient appointments and surgeries
· Dispense medications
· Collect payments
· Answer telephone enquiries
· Submit claims for corporate insurance and Medisave
· Assist doctors and optometrists in clinic
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
Requirements
• Completed “N” levels / ”O” levels / ”A” levels / NITEC or higher
• Computer-literate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Self-motivated, results-driven
• Working days: 5.5 days
• Singaporean / PR / foreigners with consent to work (eg LTVP, dependent pass, etc)
