Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing architectural drawings for submission
- Responsible for all Authorities’ Codes and Regulations
- Comprehensive understanding & application of planning & building regulations
- Checking of drawings for compliance to planning and building regulations
- Responsible for submission and monitoring status of all relevant authorities’ submission
- Liaise and resolve technical requirements, when needed, in Authorities Submission matters.
- Applying Building Regulations to architectural design and advising the Project team on implications
- Keeping records and organising the filing and retrieval of submission drawings & authorities’ information
- Co-ordinating the preparation & submission of forms, drawings and information required by authorities for approval and TOP/CSC, including performing floor area calculations and colouring of submission of drawings
- Assist Project Architect and team with Tender Documents preparation
- Co-ordinating and organizing construction documents & drawings
- Archiving all relevant documents including CAD drawings and ensuring proper records are kept
- Maintain drafting and documentation templates and standards according to the office ISO
- Coordinate and ensure consistency of architectural and building details within office
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Min. 3 years’ relevant experience
- Familiar with CoreNet 2 & X Submission procedures
- Experience with submission procedures and statutory codes and regulation
- Competent in AutoCad. Knowledge of SketchUp & Revit is an added advantage
