Job Description
The Nature Company is currently looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, main responsibilities will include matters related to business development for ground protection services, and provide logistical coordination and administrative support to the team.
Job Description
1. Business Development
- Ground Protection – Heavily involved in the establishment of new customer base in Singapore. This includes the Sales & Operations, TrackGard and Rental purchase for events segment. Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and prospects, and service existing customers.
- Coordinate Ground protection rental installations along with operations team
- Horticultural Merchandising - To farm from existing clientele accounts and upkeep merchandising efforts to drive up higher market acquisition in terms of brand representation
- Participate in the merchandising of products through running retail campaign support for in store promotions and roadshows
- Customer service - Encourage higher customer satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing service support, information, quotations and recommendation of product with new opportunity
2. Logistics Coordination & Procurement
- Inventory management (P.O, T.O)
- Order fulfilment (D.O)
- Logistics coordination with Nature Landscapes
- Sourcing of new packaging and merchandising materials
- Upkeep of eCommerce platform(s) stock management
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience. Experience in the Singapore market will be advantageous
- Candidates with industry experience will have an advantage
- Team player and possesses strong written and communication skills
- Independent, responsible and diligent
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Possesses strong stakeholder management skills
