Responsibilities
- Manage the overall recruitment process and strategy.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes in local employment laws and government schemes.
- Understand business and implement sourcing strategy through various channels such as; job portals, social and professional networking site and others.
- Provide regular manpower and hiring updates to management.
- Drive strategy for direct sourcing, employee referrals, and internal mobility.
- Work with recruitment agencies and search firms to expand talent pool.
- Participate in campus recruitment, job fair, internship, traineeship and government job programs.
- Responsible for work pass application of foreign hire.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation.
- Resourceful and familiar with the government scheme.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
