Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Trading company dealing in commodity plastics, engineering plastics, electronic materials, medical & healthcare products. They are currently looking for a passionate individual to join their team in Singapore as a Sales Manager in their Food Division.
The Responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring new customers to grow sales in Singapore for the Food Division
- Working closely with product managers
- Exploring new accounts in within other divisions
- Strengthening the local relationship with global key accounts
- Liaising with technical team to support customer projects and deal with principals on business development
- Reporting sales progress and weekly updates on project pipelines
- Providing monthly demand forecast and ensure timely arrival of stocks
- Compiling competitor information and feedback to key suppliers on quarterly basis
The Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Science in Food, Chemistry or related fields
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of Sales experience in distributor/trader companies in Food industry
- Team player who has good strategic thinking and analytical skill
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented individual
- Possess good attention to detail and organized in nature
