Summary
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both our sales and marketing efforts. This hybrid role will involve a blend of sales prospecting, account mapping, and marketing support activities to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads through email campaigns, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to account map and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Support the global marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or 2 years of experience in related fields
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and marketing through internships, coursework, or relevant projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
