Role Description:

As a HiPPOprop Account Servicing Manager, you are in the unique position to help our clients – buyer/seller/landlord/tenant – realise their real estate goals. You understand that every client relationship needs to be built on a foundation of trust and respect. As the ambassador of HiPPOprop, you will invest quality time and genuine effort to nurture and cultivate these relationships. Your mission is to be the one person they call for all their current or future real estate needs.


Supported by the marketing and media team with qualified leads, you shall be the first point of contact with prospective clients. Together with you are a team of Lead Agents, Resident Agents, Client Servicing Associates, whom together with you will advise and provide a smooth and satisfying buying/selling/leasing experience for the client.

Job Scope

• Understand clients’ real estate goals and assign best suited Resident Agents to service client’s buying/selling/leasing requirements and objectives.

• Monitor client’s journey from onboarding to closure of real estate transaction, all the while ensuring a smooth and happy journey.

• Present to the client, jointly with Resident Agent, explaining our various products, services and USPs.

• Participate in scoping of clients requirement and course of action by Resident Agent

• Monitor and working together with Resident Agent to achieve joint sales target

• Work with marketing and media team to develop strong propositions in lead generation exercise

• Maintaining client relationship post transaction to assist client with their next/future real estate needs or cultivate clients referral leads


You can expect:

• Monthly basic salary with CPF contribution

• Additional commission upon achieving team sales target.


Requirements

• Possesses a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) License or graduating in a real state course.

• Proven track record of consistent sales performance

• Diplomad or Tertiary education in any field of study

• Good command in English and a second language

• And of course, while we don’t list it all here, you should be a good communicator, highly motivated and sales driven and a fun person to work with!
