Social Media Marketing Manager will be in charge of creating and implementing social media strategies to improve our online presence, interact with our target audience, and increase sales as the social media manager for our jewelry retail brand. In order to maintain brand consistency and growth, Social Media Manager will oversee all social media platforms, produce engaging content, and foster teamwork.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Identify target audience and tailor content to engage and expand our follower base.
2. Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and content creators to produce visually appealing content that showcases our jewelry collections.
3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
4. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
5. Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
6. Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI. Oversee the creation and delivery of paid social media campaigns.
