Requirement:
- Degree in Civil Engineer or its equivalent, recognized by PEB or IES of Singapore
- Proficient in both MS Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
- Good exposure in design of Civil Engineering works
- * Preferably with Pipeline experience.
Job description:
- Provide support to their supervisors throughout the design and development phase.
- Manage day-to-day on a construction site and the main source of technical advice and quality control
- Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors, etc.
- Will be responsible for overall project management and delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution
- Make calculations and prepare plans for projects, and oversee and provide reports on progress and issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations
- Oversee the progress of project elements
- Attends project meetings, liaise with clients/ consultants/ technical teams, and resolve any site issues
- Assists in risk assessment, recommendations on risk control measures
- Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements
- Make periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed according to specifications and construction codes
- Provide budget oversight and develop cost estimates for materials and personnel based on documents and project plans
- Throughout the planning and construction processes, provide support in ways that can include gathering data for permit applications, presenting documentation or blueprints to clients, and maintaining records of change orders
- Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties
- Need to draw using AutoCAD if any design urgent works
- Assist in all other duties assigned by your superiors.
