Working location: Jurong Island
Job Description:
· Oversee entire construction projects and execute on time delivery within budget
· Manage contractors and construction materials
· Schedule and estimate project completion time to ensure that projects are completed within specified time
· Manage works with Safety and Quality on top priority and ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction team
· Handle stakeholder’s relationships with a collaborative approach
· Overview on Compliance and Local Regulations
· Obtain and ensure the necessary licenses or permits for each construction stages
· Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/construction projects
· Meticulous with leadership/problem-solving skills/qualities
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
