Title: Nurse Manager
Working hours: 5-Day work week – AM & PM shifts
Working location: Singapore, Central

Salary range: $6,500 to $9,000 Basic
Discipline: Midwifery / Labour and Delivery / Maternity
Overview
- Evaluate the quality of nursing care and suggest improvement strategies
- Conduct reviews of incident reports and implement preventive measures to enhance patient safety.
- Manage budget and expenses to ensure efficient use of supplies
- Work with the clinical team to establish goals and objectives
- Oversee the orientation process for new staff, assess nursing competencies, address learning needs, and plan career advancement for the junior nurses in the team
- Create staffing schedules that ensure adequate and appropriately skilled nurses are available based on patient acuity and census
Requirements:
- SNB Registered
- More than 5 years of SSN / Management in Nursing
- Keen interest in taking on NM position to focus on management
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Midwifery) will be highly referred
