FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Salary: $3500 - $4500
• Working hour: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Description
- Provide technical support at client sides: equipment installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance, identifying and analyzing technical issues through various service activities.
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their end users on proper operation and usage of the equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and deliver specialized support and solutions.
- Communicates with management and the end user to help determine the appropriate action plan to resolves issues promptly.
Requirement
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences and roles
· Experience in image processing and robot peripheral technology and System Integration is preferred.
