Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm; Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
Responsibilities:
· Booking of meeting rooms/ setting up of virtual meetings with (i) the contractors on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis, and (ii) relevant government agencies as and when required.
· Coordinating the administrative processes to obtain permits/ approvals from the relevant agencies for the contractors to conduct any survey works.
· Assist with the tracking of progress and deliverables of the contractors
· Overseeing contractors while they are conducting geophysical survey works (as and when required)
· Draft notes of meetings (NoMs) for discussions involving contractors and/ or government agencies
· Assist in drafting approval papers before any work is carried out by the contractors
Requirements:
· Minimum A Levels and above.
· Experience in project management and coordination, facilities management, administrative and secretarial duties such as taking meeting notes, liaising with vendors and etc.
· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving notice)
· Only Singaporeans
