Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.

Requirements

  1. Candidates with admin experience
  2. Proficiency in MS Office
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Knowledge of employment law, HR and worker management an advantage
