We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service to all visitors and callers. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage and coordinate appointments and schedules.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
