*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Champion to lead our Distribution Partner Management team. The Champion will be responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of our distribution partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Distribution Partner Management:*
- Act as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Develop and execute growth plans for distribution partners, including business development and market penetration strategies.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance tracking, utilizing scorecards and KPIs.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory reporting and supply chain management, integrating with Power BI and other systems.
- *Strategic Planning and Execution:*
- Collaborate with senior management to align distribution partner activities with company’s strategic initiatives (e.g., F25 Strategic Initiatives).
- Identify and address gaps in market penetration, leveraging data and market insights.
- Support the launch of new products and initiatives, coordinating with marketing, R&D, and technical support teams.
- *Operational Excellence:*
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational audits, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the logistics operations of distribution partners, ensuring they meet BWY-Wilmar's standards for chilled and frozen storage, and minimum pallet quantity requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to distribution partners, enhancing their capability to deliver BWY-Wilmar products.
- *Customer Engagement:*
- Increase customer stickiness and loyalty through tailored solutions, masterclasses, and technical support.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement tactical campaigns and promotions, supporting distribution partners in increasing brand awareness and sales.
- Foster relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, supply chain operations, or a similar role within the food industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing distribution partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and business review processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Power BI, and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
