Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm; Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $4,680 per month
Responsibilities:
· Carry out the duties related to operations of Technical Competency and Business Competency framework.
· Monitor application rate of various domains and update proficiency level application information in existing database.
· Support projects and initiatives related to digitalization of the application process and dashboard generation.
· Support development and implementation of Competency Management System (CMS) as part of digitalization effort.
· Work with CMS vendor and internal stakeholders on migrating of approximately 1,400 application forms in PDF/Word version (with attachments) and relevant information from existing data sources to the CMS.
· Coordinate briefing sessions for internal stakeholders to share on changes following digitalizing of the application process.
· Develop relevant materials such as FAQ, demo recording, to facilitate smooth transition to CMS.
· Assist officers on any queries related to Technical and Business Competency applications.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
· Experience in training administration and project management will be an advantage.
