Responsibilities:
- Liaising with related counterparties after trade executions
- Contract issuance and post fixtures operations
- Ensure timely receipt of L/Cs from customers and issuance to sellers
- Preparing full sets of shipping documentation and negotiation of L/Cs
- Ensure invoicing, payments and receipts arranged in a timely manner
- Maintain and manage operations records, files and databases
- Handle vessel operations for vessels for the transaction
- Leading and mentoring the Ops team
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in International Trading / Supply Chain Management / Maritime / Business
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Strong written and oral working skill in English and Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia (Required as this role will require to liaise with customers from Indonesia).
