Key Responsibilities – Senior Research Manager/Officer
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Senior Research Officer/Lab manager. The candidate will work closely with immunoScape Operation team and will be given responsibility to lead collaboration projects from experimental set-up to data analysis. As a lab manager, the candidate will be the key person responsible for maintaining a fully operational facility:
o Experimental set-up and coordination with customers and collaborators
o Biological sample handling and processing
o Sample staining and acquisition by mass and flow cytometry
o Data analysis and presentation to relevant stakeholders
o Contribution to drafting publications and presentations
o Coordinate lab duties, safety and regulations
o Coordinate and document the maintenance of lab equipment
o Represent immunoScape in lab operations related meetings internally and with external parties/vendors
Required Qualifications and Skills
o Degree in Life Sciences - biology, immunology, biochemistry or related subject
o At least 5 years of lab experience
o Prior hands-on experience in immune profiling including flow and/or mass cytometry
o Experience in handling biological materials (human PBMC, human and murine tissue samples)
o Some knowledge on T cell immunology
o Readiness to learn new techniques and troubleshoot assays
o Rigorous and accountable way of working
o Well organized and detail-oriented
o Accurate writing, organizing, and documentation skills
o Excellent team player, independent, self-driven with good interpersonal skills
